The maintenance and updating of your website is vital to the continuing success of your business. You can rest knowing that your website maintenance is in experienced hands. Just call or email us your changes and we will upload the new content. We offers option covering basic updates such as changing an item price, adding additional inventory, making moderate graphical and textual changes, and coordinating delivery of the Website with the Host Provider. We charge a set fee of £30.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. If you need your website updated or maintained on a regular basis, packages are available at a discount rate.

If you require more than 7 hours support time per month, contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote for a package that matches your needs.

Common Questions

Your support time can be used for consultation, or for any of our services. Current clients use contract time for tasks such as; content updating, adding new pages, or telephone support and consultancy.

As a rough guide, text changes or adding images on an existing web page might take a few minutes, adding a new page to your site might take between 15 and 30 minutes. We will always tell you how long it will take to complete the job, and proceed when authorised by you.

If you use more than your contracted hours in a particular month, any further support requirements will be quoted for separately at our standard rate (£30+VAT per hour). We will advise you before you go over the allotted hours and ensure that we get the go-ahead from you before carrying out any work that will incur additional costs.

No - you can cancel your contract at any time and no further charges will be incurred.

You can pay by direct debit monthly or we can invoice you monthly, it is up to you. Payments are made upfront.
